Lee Kerr lives in the UK with his partner and their white whippet, who, by all accounts, is considerably more famous online than he is.

He writes fiction, though he also has a well-developed talent for lengthy hotel reviews. His novels blend humour, heart, and the nagging suspicion that most of us are chasing something — whether that’s love, success, money, meaning, or simply a better version of tomorrow.

A dreamer by nature and occasionally funny on purpose, Lee writes characters who are often navigating life’s distractions and the invisible obstacles that appear just when things seem to be going well.

He is the author of five books with ideas for many more. His debut novel, Chasing 30, was published in 2012 after three years of writing and countless drafts, and introduced themes that continue through his work: ambition, distraction, and all the things we mentally place in our own way.
